Why the smart door sensor can't connect to the wifi?

Please check the number of devices connected to the wifi router, When the number of devices exceeds the performance of the router, the wifi connection would be unstable or failed.

My network is fast and stable, but the device latency is always high?

Why does the door sensor haven't an alarm notification?

The door sensor does not have sound, and the door sensor will send a message to your phone, you can choose the sound or vibration notification.
